On Sunday morning, the 18th of July, the Senior Camogie team travelled out to Trinity Gaels grounds for a friendly match. It was a great game and the club would like to thank Trinity Gaels for the match.
The game was well contested with the Barrs wining by 4-12 to 2-10. There were good performances from Sara O’Leary, Calli Mooney, Jade Ward and Jessica McKeogh. Siobhan Kehoe hit most of the Barrs scores with a brilliant display.
As the championship is only a few weeks away, hopefully the team can put the extra work into the training. They could go along way in the championship if they put a real effort in, so come girls lets so it for the Barrs!!
