Weekend Review 8th June

There was not much on the field action over the past week, with summer and exam breaks in full swing. The main game over the weekend was our Intermediate football championship game against Kilmacud Crokes in Cloughran on Friday night. The strong wind on the night was always going to play a major role in the game and it was our inability to score with the wind in the first half which ultimately undone us. Crokes took their scores much better in the second half and ran out 10 point winners.

There were a lot of juvenile games over the weekend, and our U13 camogie girls had a great win in the Bogies against Naomh Olaf. This win keep them in hunt for league honours with just one game left to play.
