
Good turn out for the game between Dubs Stars and Blue Stars at Thomas Davis GAA ground. A good crowd travelled from the club to enjoy the match. Steven played for 30 minutes scoring one point while Troller played the same insecond half.

The club committee sends Christmas greetings and a peaceful new year to all our members.
On this special family day we think of all our members who are away from their family in lands across the world. We also have in our thoughts those members who have passed to the other world this year.

Thursday 15 Dec is the night of the AGM, hopefully we will get a good attendance. On the same night is our Christmas draw and again we hope all the club members have bought their tickets to support the running of the teams.

35 parents and children went to the Tayto Park in Dunshaughlin for their Christmas outing. We had a great day which was enjoyed by all. The team want to thank the mentors and the committee for all the help over the year.

Over two nights 400 senior citizens from the area and club enjoyed their first taste of the festive seaon as they enjoyed two nights of music and food in the club house.
The club committee want to thank all the volunteers who helped on the two nights and the committee who organised the event.

Over 180 players and members packet the Carton Hotel in Tyrrelstown last Friday week for our annually presentation night. A minutes silents was held after news came filtering in about the tragic events that had happened in Cabra a hour before the start of the proceedings.
Our two winning teams were presented with their awards for their achievement of winning the division seven league in football and winning the 2011 Senior B Hurling Championship.
We also invited three special Dublin football and hurling legends for a special presentation to them from the club and the community of Cabra for their special achievements in winning All Ireland medals and managing the senior hurling and football teams over the years.
Sean Moyles, Mickey Whelan and Paddy Holden were given a great Finbars welcome as they were presented with their presentation by our club chairman Noel Paget. The three honorees then presented our teams with their medals for their wins in 2011.

Over 250 children aged from eighteen months to eleven years welcomed Santa to Cabra on Saturday. Plenty of music and fun was had by all in the clubs gym.
