Dublin have the players and experience to beat Meath if they show hunger in this Leinater final on Sunday. Meath will be well up for this game and if Dublin don’t reach the levels we could be going thought the back door.

Junior hurler have a match against Crokes on Sunday morning. Programs continue on Sunday with Leinster final.The club want to thank the program volunteers for time in helping with this fundraising for the club.

The senior hurlers continued with their up and down preformance as they went down by five points to Setanta in the Bogies on a score line of 4-9 to 1 -12. In a very disapointing preformace the Barrs showed a lack of hunger and will to win in this defeat. Big preformace needed on Saturday with a win if we are to stay in this league next year.

There is a number of adult hurling matches this week in the Bogies. To night our second adult team reach the quater final of the Jumor B championship by beating St Kevins on a scorline of 1-10 to 1-9. Our senior hurler are out to morrow night against a fanced Setanta team who are having a good run of wins in the league. On Thureday night Paddy Quinns footbalers are out in th a cup game against St Bredans in the Gorman. Our senior hurlers are out again in our local darby against OP/ER. Sunday sees our second adult team out against Crokes in Silver Park.

Their was only two matches on this weekend with the adult three team playing on Saturday out in Sandyford against St Olfs.

From all accounts we did not preform and were well beaten. The adult six team played Skerrie Harps in Longmedows on Sunday.

Should of go a result in this game losing by two points. A harsh sending off changed this match. Not taking our chances and keeping our mouth closed also contribute to the team not getting something out of this game.

Referees are their to do a job and thought the stander of refereeing was bad in this game you just have to get on with it and focus on the winning of the game.

Our under 8 are going fishing on the Royal canal on Saturday. The clubs fishing club has organized the trip which has a early start on Saturday morning

The under 8 team want to thank the members of the clubs fishing section for a great trip today.

Finbarrs San Siro is off the weekend. Hopfully it will dry out for next week.

The club were represented at this years Leinster Hurling final in Portlaoise.Congratulation to Father and Son,Lar and Christopher Kelly who were umpires at the match in Portlaoise on Wednesday night.
