Minors Out of the Championship

Tuesday, October 26th, 2010

Our Minor hurlers were beaten by Faughs in the Minor B semi final on Sunday morning. The Barrs were doing well in the game, however with ten minutes remaining our goal keeper got injured and had to be replaced.

Faughs got two quick goals and pulled away in the last five minutes. At least eight of this minor team is going up to adult leval next year. They put in a lot of hard work and the club wishes them the best in the future. Man of the match goes to Andy Kavanagh for a great display.
